These terms are an agreement between you and ZGMB Solutions LLC, which operates GreenTechPlus.com (“GreenTechPlus,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What GreenTechPlus is

GreenTechPlus is a free service that finds and posts deals on solar, batteries, portable power, backup generators, EV charging and green home tech from US retailers. We don’t sell anything ourselves. When you buy, you buy from the store, under the store’s prices, terms, shipping, returns and warranty. Questions about an order, a refund or a product go to the store or the manufacturer.

Deals and prices change

A person checks every deal before we post it, but stores change prices, stock and codes without notice, sometimes within minutes. We can’t guarantee that a price, code or rebate is still available or correct when you see it. Always confirm the final price and terms at the store before you buy. We take listings down when we learn a deal has ended, and we may correct mistakes at any time. We don’t show Amazon prices; see the current price on Amazon.

How we earn money

Many links on GreenTechPlus are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the store may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Compensation may affect how, where and in what order deals appear. As an Amazon Associate, GreenTechPlus earns from qualifying purchases. Our full affiliate disclosure is at the bottom of every page.

Your account and member exclusives

You can use most of GreenTechPlus without an account. To unlock member exclusives, you sign in with a one-time code or link sent to your email. There’s no password. You agree to:

• use your own email address and keep access to it secure;
• use member-only codes for your own purchases, and not publish, sell or share them in bulk;
• follow each store’s limits, such as one use per customer.

Member exclusives can change or end at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or are used for abuse. You can delete your account at any time in Your settings.

Emails

If you opt in, we send one daily deals email, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We also send the emails you need to use the service, such as sign-in codes. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Using the site fairly

Please don’t:

• copy or republish our deal listings or write-ups in bulk, or scrape the site with bots, crawlers or other automated tools (search engines indexing public pages are fine);
• try to get around sign-in, rate limits or other security measures, or interfere with how the site works;
• use our contact or deal-report forms to send spam, false reports, or anything unlawful, harassing or harmful;
• use the site in a way that breaks the law or violates anyone’s rights.

What you send us

When you send us a deal tip, a report or feedback, you let us use it to run and improve GreenTechPlus, for example by checking and posting a deal you suggested, without paying or crediting you. Please don’t send confidential information or anything you don’t have the right to share.

Our content

The GreenTechPlus name and logo, our write-ups, guides and tools, and the design of the site belong to ZGMB Solutions LLC or to those who license them to us. You may read pages, share links to them and print them for your own personal, non-commercial use. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to identify the products.

Other websites

We link to stores, manufacturers, affiliate networks and other sites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices, and a link doesn’t mean we endorse everything on that site.

Guides and tools are information, not advice

Our guides, sizing tools, calculators and tax credit and rebate pages are general information to help you compare options. They aren’t professional, financial, tax, legal or electrical advice. Incentive rules and eligibility change and depend on your situation. Check with the program, a tax professional, or a licensed installer or electrician before you rely on them, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions and local codes.

Disclaimers

GreenTechPlus is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don’t make any warranty about products or services sold by stores, or that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ZGMB Solutions LLC and its owners, employees and partners won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings or data, arising from your use of GreenTechPlus or from any purchase you make from a store. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or misuse the site and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.

Changes and ending access

We may change, pause or stop any part of GreenTechPlus at any time. We may also update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top, and we’ll announce significant changes on the site or by email to members. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we can’t resolve informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer, you keep any protections of your local law that can’t be waived. Before filing a claim, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Other terms

If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we haven’t given up the right to enforce it later. These terms and our Privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
